About the Role:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be a key player in shaping a supportive and engaging work environment for the Princeton, KY, plant, a manufacturer of quality cracker products. Schedules meetings to keep abreast of accomplishing schedules within appropriate time frames, manpower and materials problems, etc. Coordinates with appropriate personnel to provide information or to obtain required support services such as facilities, security, transportation, etc.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Ten (10) years of Aviation Maintenance experience.
+ Five (5) years of Supervisory experience.
+ Three (3) years of US Army Aviation Rotary wing maintenance experience.
+ Two (2) years of US Army Aviation maintenance supervisory experience.
+ Three (3) years of Program Management experience in Aviation Maintenance Operations.
+ Three (3) years of Program Management experience with an international scope.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: **US Citizenship** is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work site.
+ Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in business management or related field Preferred.
+ Effective leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
