Compensation
The annual salary range is $109,280 - $143,430, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.

A Day In The Life of a MaintenanceManager
The position you are applying for plans, coordinates, and directs aircraft maintenance at a line station to produce cost-effective, reliable maintenance operations in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. You will also ensure the facility is maintained in compliance with company and OSHA regulations.
Essential Duties of The MaintenanceManagerManages mechanics in overall maintenance operation in compliance with 14 CFR, manufacturers' specifications, the GMM, Company policy and procedures, and other methods accepted by the FAA and OSHA.
Assists in and/or develops effective schedules to meet the operation's demands. Utilizes manpower and schedules to complete maintenance effectively.
Keeps informed of the status of work-in-progress and prioritizes work.
Ensures proper staffing levels are maintained.
Develops innovative solutions to make aircraft maintenance processes more efficient and effective.
Ensures that the maintenance base has adequate materials, calibrated tooling, and equipment to accomplish maintenance effectively.
Maintains the maintenance base in good working condition.
Evaluates Continuous Analysis and Surveillance System process to ensure best maintenance practices are used.
Ensures that detailed accident or damage reports are completed when incidents occur and makes recommendations to prevent reoccurrence.
Recommends changes to GMM to eliminate conflicts and/or enhance operational effectiveness.
Supports other locations' maintenance base operations by taking into account Company-wide interests.
Ensure OSHA/safety guidelines are followed.
Ensures safety training of all mechanics.
Manages timely and accurate information on aircraft status, including accurate communication with Maintenance Control.
Coordinates with human resources for questions/issues with leaves of absence, compensation, benefits EAP, etc.
Oversees vendors (building maintenance, uniform, janitorial, etc.) to ensure that all work and services are provided in a timely manner.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The maintenance complex is in a clean, safe and functional manner at all times.
Acquisition and disbursement of maintenance inventory
Preventative care and repair of Shack vehicles, Tractors, mowers & other motorized equipment:
Keep records of maintenance and depreciation
Schedule preventative maintenance
Maintain and repair vehicles
Responsible for boat maintenance/winterization
Responsible for upkeep of roads and parking lots on properties
Monthly Inspections of the grounds and facilities; determine needs for repairs or renovations
Responsible for testing and maintaining well and maintenance for septic systems year round
Underground water, sewer and electrical systems records up-to-date
Set up a file of maintenance and service manuals for the Shack, including, but not limited to, ground maps with water, electrical, sewer hookup and emergency shut-offs and floor plans for each building
Responsible for meeting Federal, State, and local guidelines for all current and future buildings and staying current with those guidelines
Maintain and schedule annual inspections of fire alarms/ fire suppression and fire extinguishers
Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
Maintain and carry cell phone communication during working hours and when on call
Maintain neat and professional appearance
Be a full participant of the Shack leadership team in fulfilling the ministry plan
All other duties as assigned
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience/qualifications/certificates in most or all of the following: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, irrigation, grounds, engine repair (mechanic), carpentry

An ability to recruit, plan, direct and supervise the energies of staff and volunteers
Self-disciplined and self-motivated
A desire to learn and develop new skills as well as the ability to try new things

Job Plan
