Equipment & Process Efficiency

Coordinate Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) events and uphold TPM standards.
Communicate maintenance performance, issues, and improvement plans with leadership and cross-functional teams.
People Management
Supervise, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff to ensure operational coverage and performance.
Conduct performance reviews, manage attendance, and enforce accountability standards.
Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
