Communication Skills:
Attend monthly QOS meetings with Manufacturing Manager.

Be responsible for all building maintenance. All work to be done by outside sources is to have the Plant Manager's approval to authorize the work to be done.
Perform electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic modifications on tools when required.
When work load demands or during slow periods, and upon instructions from the Manufacturing Manager perform the duties of any position qualified for.
A key role in management requires you to be an interface between management and the work force.
