We are a property management company that manages scattered-site, mostly single family houses and small apartment buildings, throughout St. Louis City and County, and into the surrounding areas. This position will be responsible for setting priorities for the maintenance team, ensuring unit turns are handled quickly and efficiently, and will have direct communication with our clients throughout that process. This role will come in overseeing a team of 3 maintenance technicians, along with a direct assistant and a remote maintenance coordinator.
