A Day in the Life of The Manager, Aircraft Maintenance
As the Aircraft Maintenance Manager, you will manage assigned aircraft maintenance lines using production schedules, labor analysis, and budgetary information. Utilizes resources to manage entire aircraft maintenance, preventative maintenance, or alteration projects. Oversees product quality while ensuring maintenance tasks and functions are carried out in compliance with the applicable requirements of the air carrier maintenance program and its inspection procedures manual.
Essential Duties of The Manager, Aircraft Maintenance
Ensures the direction of maintenance programs is consistent with the company goals and targets.
Directly responsible for oversight of the Aircraft Maintenance program.
Coordinates with Quality Control to ensure, within company repair station limitations, that aircraft maintenance is performed and carried out in accordance with approved Federal Aviation, manufacturers, customers, and company procedures and requirements.
Reviews customer program and FAA regulations to ensure compliance.
Manages the overall maintenance, preventative maintenance, or alteration of, approves, and returns to service any aircraft or part thereof.
Ensures communication of all significant information, including work, risk, safety, and quality.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years' recent commercial aircraft maintenance and/or MRO experience required.
Minimum of three (3) years of aircraft maintenance supervisory experience is required.
Airframe, or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification is required.
PHYSICAL EFFORT AND DEXTERITY:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to sit, stand, and walk; use their hands and arms; talk or hear; and focus on objects close up. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Compensation
This position's full base pay range is $92,000-$138,000 annually, exclusive of benefits or potential bonuses. The lower end of the range represents the target base pay for those beginning or developing in the role. The higher end of the range is intended for those who have mastered the role, with proven significant expertise, high achievement, and specialized skills. If you are hired, your salary will be based on factors including skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors - we consider the internal equity of our current employees when determining offers. This position is eligible for an annual bonus. We also offer a generous benefits package, as detailed below.

The Maintenance Manager will be professionally responsible for keeping the facility, arcades, and go-karts running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Accountabilities:
Perform diversified duties and repairs to maintain the functionality of the facility, go-karts, and arcade games.
Provide unscheduled repairs of attractions as needed when they experience issues.
Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of go-karts. Perform daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance checklist to ensure attractions are safe and have oil/grease or proper lubrication.
All work performed on attractions must adhere to procedures and guideline set forth by manufacturer.
Ensure that maintenance schedules set forth by the manufacturers are adhered to and not deviated from.
All documentation and repair logs are kept indefinitely and turned into Maintenance Manager, including annual inspections, NDT testing, grease bearings/bearings monitoring.
Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, troubleshooting and repair to the facility, go-karts and attractions.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
Use a variety of hand and power tools including torque wrench and rattle can paint gun.
Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
Comply with OSHA safety regulations
Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Review processes and procedures regularly to look for ways to improve and be more efficient.

Responsibilities:
Monitor, schedule, and inspect work being performed by the maintenance staff

Obtain bids on special projects
Work with the property manager to maintain the supply budget.
Perform maintenance of general maintenance including the areas of; electrical, HVAC, & Plumbing
Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs

Accurately collect and assess game performance data from all installations, recommend changes, implement changes, and measure success or failure.
Periodic review of game performance for every asset within the assigned route of EGMs, which are owned and maintained by the company.
Develop recommendations to senior management for game changes
Sufficiently document and communicate necessary components and actions need to complete recommended changes
