Scope:
Maintenancemanager for liquid division will be leading all maintenance activities to ensure reliable operation of packaging, blending and CIP systems. The maintenancemanager will oversee all aspects of maintenance including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, maintenance and shutdown scheduling, spare parts strategy, equipment reliability, technical training of asset care technicians and equipment re-design.
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Define propose and monitor the implementation of the company's maintenance and reliability objectives with key overall objectives of improving overall line efficiency and reducing unplanned downtime associated with breakdowns.
Responsible for the maintenance/repair of all equipment in the liquid plants.
Implement work processes and procedures related to maintenance including the management of PM and PdM programs.
Train, develop and mentor maintenance employees to ensure future growth objectives can be accomplished. Includes troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
Ensure maintenance function operates with clear and open communications. Key technical resources for the issue escalation, MOC and project design review processes.
Promote a continuous improvement culture by developing processes to analyze data to solve reliability problems and reduce unplanned downtime using MTTF, PM frequency, FMEA and implementing reliability initiatives
Ensure spare parts inventory is optimized and aligned to support operations objectives.
Protect proprietary technology through approved and certified relationships with third party companies
Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget.
Manage all outsourced contractors as needed and all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
BS Degree in Engineering
10-15 years of progressive and diversified “MaintenanceManagement” with minimum of 5 years' experience in food and beverage manufacturing.
Strong experience in Continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, TPM, maintenance programs, equipment installation, and automation.
Interpersonal skills and track record of teamwork, leadership, adaptability, coaching, and taking initiatives.
Ability to read electrical schematics, P&ID, construction drawings, and other related work documents.
Familiar with maintenance program management, CMMS, GMPs, SOP's development
Prior maintenancemanagement experience
Experience with high-speed packaging equipment required. Aseptic experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Strong ability to coach, lead teams.
Possess visual acuity to document company records

Overall responsibility to include P&L for the day to day management of the Aircraft Maintenance functions in support of delivering on time, on budget, and squawk free customer aircraft. Requires cohesive coordination and communication with Scheduling, Project Coordinator, Engineering and other department Managers to ensure that Aircraft Maintenance activities are aligned with the overall project plan for each aircraft completion. Leading by example, ensure the department and its employees maintains the highest standards of safety, quality, schedule and profitability.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Ensure the highest technical levels of Aircraft maintenance activities are conducted to include servicing, maintaining, conducting service bulletins and repairing airframe and engines as required to support the overall Aircraft completion process.
2. Communicate with Project Managers to schedule routine maintenance and engine runs so not to conflict with the overall Aircraft completion schedule or test flights.
3. Designate or Provide a Maintenance team to be available in support of test flights which occur during standard and non-standard hours.
4. Develop Maintenance policies and procedures to include SOPs which cover work steps not specifically outlined inmaintenance manuals, service bulletins, etc.
5. Review tool control process and make sure it is communicated by Maintenance Supervisor to Technicians on a regular basis to reiterate the importance of collecting and accounting for all tools used during each day.
6. Develop department specific reports such as master work schedule and manpower requirements, broken down by project or daily work plans, then communicate and hold the department accountable for achieving established production targets.
7. Conduct daily or weekly department meetings with team members to support, monitor and track the assigned maintenance activities.
8. Verify that all materials, maintenance manuals, service bulletins and prints necessary to complete maintenance tasks are available and utilized in the department at all times.
9. Drive continuous improvement opportunities by reviewing estimated man hours vs actual hours with the department. Seek and highly encourage technicians to recommend improvement opportunities which support reduced downtime and cost while maintaining safety, quality and profitability.
10. Communicate regularly with the Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Planner, Leads and Technicians regarding new service bulletin releases, safety accidents or other aircraft mishaps to review lessons learned and ensure all are aware of and updated with the latest Aircraft Maintenance information.
11. Ensure full compliance to the RSM, maintenance manuals, service bulletins, FAA and other ASC requirements such as training, etc are achieved.
12. Monitor and review employee development to include formal performance review and salary planning, hiring, disciplining and terminating employees in conjunction with HR; informal and ongoing performance coaching for reward, success, improvement, on the job and formalized classroom training to advance employees knowledge, skills and abilities.
13. Other duties not specifically covered herein but otherwise assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES, ETC:
1. A&P license a must; Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Thorough knowledge of maintenance procedures for corporate aircraft during the completion and in-service phase.
3. 8+ years' technical/hands on experience in a service center providing maintenance activities on corporate aircraft; 5+ years in progressive leadership roles.

As Task Force MaintenanceManager, you will:
Travel to all hotels in the portfolio to support the maintenance effort on an interim basis
Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor always
Respond and attend to guests repair requests
Communicate with guest/customers to resolve maintenance issues
Perform scheduled preventative maintenancein guest rooms, meeting rooms, and/or public spaces a required, including flipping/inspecting mattresses, box springs, and assembling bed frames
Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
Display above average engineering operations skills and strong general mechanical ability
Display advanced knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, energy conservation, and/or general building
Perform all surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trip repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement and complete thorough clean-up of painting or repair area
Inspecting and repairing grout and caulking
Maintain pool, chemicals and pool equipment
Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment (i.e. plunge toilets, change toilet seats, and unclog drains), electrical components including lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and outlets, and other guestroom items. Program TV's and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties.
Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing maintenance work
Follow company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents injuries and unsafe work conditions
Protect company assets
Develop relationships with all departments and communicate regularly

Minimum Requirements:
This role requires standing and walking for long periods of time, or entire shift. Grasp, turn and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance. Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
