• Three (3) years oil and gas industry experience required; midstream preferred.
• Relevant craft experience and licensure preferred.

A Day in the Life of The Manager, Aircraft Maintenance
As the Aircraft MaintenanceManager, you will manage assigned aircraft maintenance lines using production schedules, labor analysis, and budgetary information. Utilizes resources to manage entire aircraft maintenance, preventative maintenance, or alteration projects. Oversees product quality while ensuring maintenance tasks and functions are carried out in compliance with the applicable requirements of the air carrier maintenance program and its inspection procedures manual.
Essential Duties of The Manager, Aircraft Maintenance
Ensures the direction of maintenance programs is consistent with the company goals and targets.
Directly responsible for oversight of the Aircraft Maintenance program.
Coordinates with Quality Control to ensure, within company repair station limitations, that aircraft maintenance is performed and carried out in accordance with approved Federal Aviation, manufacturers, customers, and company procedures and requirements.
Reviews customer program and FAA regulations to ensure compliance.
Manages the overall maintenance, preventative maintenance, or alteration of, approves, and returns to service any aircraft or part thereof.
Ensures communication of all significant information, including work, risk, safety, and quality.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years' recent commercial aircraft maintenance and/or MRO experience required.
Minimum of three (3) years of aircraft maintenance supervisory experience is required.
Airframe, or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification is required.
PHYSICAL EFFORT AND DEXTERITY:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to sit, stand, and walk; use their hands and arms; talk or hear; and focus on objects close up. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Compensation
This position's full base pay range is $92,000-$138,000 annually, exclusive of benefits or potential bonuses. The lower end of the range represents the target base pay for those beginning or developing in the role. The higher end of the range is intended for those who have mastered the role, with proven significant expertise, high achievement, and specialized skills. If you are hired, your salary will be based on factors including skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors - we consider the internal equity of our current employees when determining offers. This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Responsible for completion of any and all incident reports within 24 hours of occurrence (i.e. injuries, property damage, disturbances, etc.)

Communicate with the office if any resident or guest is conducting illegal activities in their apartment or on the premises of the property
Responsible for the proper completion of the Observation Checklists during visits of the exterminators and supervision of extermination procedures
Assist Community Manager in the bid tabulation for hiring contractors and supervision of all contractors while on the property
On-call responsibilities to address emergencies or other after hour duties can be mandatory as determined by the Community Manager. In this event, travel time to and from the site is included in the time worked
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent education required. 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements for this position
Supervisory experience
Experience working with boilers or appliance repair/diagnostics is preferred
The position requires effective oral and written communication skills
Maintains current license/certificate and/or specialized skills in at least one (or more) of the following building trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, fire protection or mechanical.
