Proficiency with CMMS for work orders, asset management, and maintenance optimization. Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with high-temp sterilization and aseptic packaging technologies is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, preventive maintenance, reliability practices, and facility equipment. Excellent communication, teamwork, organizational, and leadership skills.
