Job Summary
The MaintenanceManager is responsible for daily supervision, monitoring and coaching of employees to ensure a productive workforce in compliance with company policies. The Job You Will Perform:

What You'll Do
Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians across shifts.
Assign and prioritize daily maintenance tasks and emergency repairs.
Develop and manage preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to reduce downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Enforce all safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
Maintain accurate records in a CMMS and oversee spare parts inventory.
Partner with production teams to coordinate repairs and minimize downtime.
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and capital improvement projects.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or sawmill environment.
At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Familiarity with CMMS, welding, fabrication, and PLCs a plus.
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
