Position Overview A Maintenance Manager is responsible for oversight of the maintenance operations at the Freehold, NJ facility. This will include administration of CMMS software and Maintenance Repair account, liaising with service providers, managing Standard Works including inspections of equipment and supplies, and support to diagnosing and fixing any faults on maintenance systems. Working very close with maintenance team and provide the resources for Maintenance Excellent. Your Role at Prestone Develop and implement maintenance procedures, strategies, and programs Administrate CMMS and work order system. Manage a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate their activities Delegating maintenance tasks to the rest of the team and finding relevant vendors and service providers. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues Developing maintenance plans for PM, and Predictive then implementing them. Set bases for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Guarantee through Maintenance coordinator keeping track of supply and parts inventories. Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment Develop complete plants to purchase any equipment, tools, or materials that may be required to guarantee OEE on targets. Managing parts cost in stock and allowances per period. Monthly, Quarterly and weekly. Updating maintenance logs for all machinery. Establishing metrics MTBF, MTTR, MTTCO, etc. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards Collaborate with other departments to support overall operational efficiency Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience. 5 or more years of relevant experience in a manufacturing facility (industry experience preferred). Excellent communication skills be well organized and a team player. Detail oriented and accurate, able to multitask and prioritize workload. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with integrated/computerized manufacturing systems. Proficiency in logic controllers for industrial equipment Experience working with high voltage and low voltage systems Demonstrated project management skills Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs Preferred Qualifications: Courses in mechanical drawing, woodworking, electricity, and blueprint reading, would be advantageous. Experience working with CMMS MaintX or similar system is desired. Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, 14001 and EPA regulations. Proficient with Microsoft applications - strong understanding of Excel. Electrical expertise for equipment maintenance Excellent organizational, analytical, investigation, problem solving, communication skills and be a team player. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: The production facility is within an indoor/outdoor, industrial environment and is not climate controlled. There may be standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy items, and performing other physical tasks.
