These are only three advanced auto maintenance tasks near Alexandria, VA, best left to professionals here at Pohanka Lexus. In order to save, check out our available ! “ My wife and I had originally gone to Pohanka Lexus to have some service performed. While there, we visited Mr. Qui Nguyen from whom we had purchased two previous Lexus automobiles. He showed us a hybrid car which had just been traded in on the previous day. We were anxious to see it because our Lexus 250H was a little too small for our needs. We liked what we saw and the fact that it remained in the hybrid family was important to us. Although we had no real plans to purchase a car on that day, we did exactly that. Our previous experience with Mr. Nguyen made it easy for us to decide that it was the right move for us to make. As I mentioned, we have now purchased three cars from Mr. Nguyen. He provides a very low stress environment in which decisions and choices can be made. My wife and I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the various models in which he deals. He has demonstrated ability to be sincere in negotiations and to go above and beyond in providing the very best outcomes for his customers. Mr. Nguyen was responsible for overseeing the entire process our previously owned Lexus was required to undertake in order to become certified. He provided additional "extras" which were not expected but were greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend (and have done so) Mr. Nguyen to others and we would certainly seek him out in the future for any vehicle purchases. ” “ My wife and I have been being customers of the Pohanka Lexus in Chantilly for more than 6 years and every visit to the Pohanka Lexus has been a great experience. Being a parent with small children, we have no worry when traveling with our small children in our Lexus ES300 and RX300 that have been being taken care off by the services. Every time we took our cars to receive services, my service advisor James Manikath always patiently answered all of our questions and gave great advices. James was very professional and knowledgeable to make us feel that he knew exactly what services needed for our cars every time we took our cars to the shop. James always explains in details and makes sure our cars were taken proper care and clean. Thank you James for your outstanding service and being a great advisor. We highly recommend James for any one who may need service on their Lexus. ” “ I just bought a RX400h from a non-Lexus dealer as a used car. After I took the car home, I found there is oil drip under the engine. I am getting concerned...So I called Pohanka Lexus Service Center, and they say bring it in, no APPT needed, they open until 11PM every day. I made the visit on 1/09/2013 evening with my son and Mr. Mitch Buster is very friendly and professional to get me set up. He knows my concern and took care of everything for me. Not only the oil drip but the car has an open recall on it....So he arranged a loaner for me to drove home that evening and waiting for his call once the service is done, which should be the second day. Mitch called me the next day at his promised time window, car is ready.I took my 2 kids and my wife to pick my car together this time. They have a express check out for loaner car. Once I get in the parking lot, my car is brought up to me.... Mitch explained in details of my concern on the oil issue, it is just residue, no leak was found at all. besides all the other job done, my fuel tank is topped with gas...every service of this visit is complimentary, I don't even pay a penny. No matter to say, they have massage chairs and refreshment in the lounge, my kids don't want to leave as they are enjoying the play room..Mitch even called out my son's name when we left, which is very impressive cause I didn't even introduce my son to him when I dropped my car. All in all, I don't have car buying experience with Pohanka Lexus, but I can see their service is really outstanding and superior, yes.. Lexus service is second to none...this will be the home for my Lexus. ” **Easy Going Experience** Domah D. Oakton, VA 2-25-2014 “ New to the area and took both our cars in for service. I was apprehensive about a new location but received a great welcome from Mike Feldmann in service and the top notch service I have come to expect from Lexus. Mike went above and beyond with excellent customer service and I will definitely be returning to Pohanka Lexus for all my future service needs. ” “ My Wife and I we brought in our RX-350 for an annoying rattling/clunking noise that bother us so much for many weeks. This noise worries us mostly while we drive, feeling that something may fall off. This was our first time working with Asad Malik who was our Service Advisor who took time to listen to everthing words we mentioned to him. He's very polite, courteous and attentive. Right away he was able to get the Technician to test drive my car before I get a chance to sit down in the lounge to take a sip of drink. The cause of the Noise was discovered right away and I was out of Lexus Chantilly in less than 30 minutes in my rental car. That was aswome works. I begin to love Lexus Services more and more with their fast service like this. The next day Asad went above and beyond to do his own research to check up on our Warranty to see if our car still cover under the Extended Warranty and lucky enough he
