Position Snapshot

The Planner will utilize Maximo, Insteel's Computerized Maintenance Manager Software (CMMS) to plan and schedule maintenance activities in the plant concerning the following: scheduling/monitoring of PM's and WO's, plans and assembles schedules for maintenance weekend overtime, organizing/planning shutdown activities, requisitioning of parts and supplies from vendors, interfacing with Purchasing on all stockroom additions/deletions, assisting in creating and sustaining an Autonomous Maintenance program and a Visual Maintenance Department, incorporate waste free activities into PM functions, understanding and executing the maintenance Maximo System, interfacing with engineering with all equipment installations and contractor scheduling and actively engages in predictive maintenance monitoring. Works daily to ensure assigned areas of responsibility are working with risk lowered to As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) specifically in an effort to achieve ZERO HARM so no injuries, illness or negative impact occurs to employees, property, the environment or the community.

To be successful in this role you will:

* Requisitions materials necessary for plant equipment repair and equipment compliance
* Purchasing Responsibilities as needed
* Coordinates all maintenance activities that effect other plant departments
* Investigates and introduces predictive equipment tools for maintenance personnel use
* Can interpret blueprints and drawings for part identification and PM construction
* Coordinates all PM activity for new equipment added to the plant
* Assumes a supervisory role on a as needed basis
* Creates and monitors machine history for predictive failures
* Coordinates outside contractor schedules to meet project completion dates
* Schedules and coordinates all shutdown activities
* Oversees the stockroom on all additions, deletions and modifications for stocking levels
* Helps identify and create Autonomous Maintenance activities between maintenance and operational personnel
* Works with maintenance for PM and WO compliance
* Helps to create a Visual Maintenance Facility Schedule and coordinate parts/assemblies requiring rebuild/overhaul.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or other relevant area is preferred. Equivalent on-the-job experience in Maximo Asset Management or other maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) systems may qualify in lieu of a degree. Accuracy and proficiency in the use of computer and software programs for analysis, problem solving, and performance of the duties described is required.

Experience:

A minimum of one-year work-related experience is required. Prior experience with Maximo or another CMMS system is preferred but not required. Experience using Microsoft Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred but not required.

An equivalent combination of education and work-related experience may be acceptable.

The F135 Depot Plans and Scheduling organization has an opportunity for an F135 Depot Maintenance Scheduler.

This position is responsible for providing the necessary support for F135 Depot Workload allocation across all Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul, and Upgrade (MRO&U) organizations and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) repair sites. You will schedule module inductions during the execution year to meet fleet requirements and comply with congressional and JPO mandated minimum work levels and Best Value principles.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Schedule Depot-level engine module inductions based on depot network capacity and capabilities

+ Develop and maintain a 30/60/90-day depot induction schedule and communicate future inductions to key stakeholders

+ Participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual induction schedule coordination meetings

+ Work directly with depot sites to optimize best value induction processes

+ Coordinate inductions with the Fleet Sustainment, Supply Chain, Maintenance Planning, and Fleet Data Management teams

+ Perform quality checks to ensure Electronic Engine Logbooks are delivered in a timely manner to support on-time inductions

+ Maintain quality metrics and communicate constraints for the effective management of the overall F135 Depot Maintenance Scheduling process

Basic Qualifications:

+ Associate Degree in aerospace, engineering, or related technical and a minimum of 7+ years of experience in aircraft and/or propulsion maintenance management required; OR Bachelor's Degree in aerospace, engineering, or related technical field required and 5+ years of experience in aircraft and/or propulsion maintenance management required; OR an advanced degree in related technical field 3+ years of experience in aircraft and/or propulsion maintenance management required

+ US Citizenship required due to government contracts

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Aircraft engine maintenance, scheduling, and/or analyst/quality background

+ Depot-level propulsion maintenance experience

+ Previous experience with MXI or other life management system

+ Proficient with Microsoft software programs/databases/Project/Visio

+ Strong communication skills, attention to detail and organization, with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic work environment

JBS is hiring for quality, motivated, people to join the JBS team on our production floor as maintenance mechanic/ electrician. These positions include but are not limited to the following duties:
Experience:

Ideal candidate will have Boiler, HVAC, Ammonia refrigeration and Electrical knowledge. Education and certification is preferred but may have equivalent experience and willing to obtain needed certifications.

Responsibilities:

Perform skilled maintenance activities including construction, welding, brazing, soldering, plumbing and hydraulics.

Monitor all production areas to ensure proper functioning of equipment and machinery.

Complete assigned work orders.

Adhere to Safety Procedures including, but limited to Lock Out Tag Out, Power Industrial Truck, Scissor Lift, Harness/Fall Protection, etc.

Adjust, repair and replace electrical and electronic equipment.

Promote and encourage safety in all aspects of maintenance.

Complete required paperwork

Ability to communicate verbally and written in English

Goal oriented and possess root cause analysis skills.

Ability to lead people toward achieving personal and plant results.

Completes assigned responsibilities and oversees the mechanical work of equipment.

Responsible for correcting or facilitating correctable measures when downtime results from mechanical or technical defects.

Processes maintenance downtime report for corporate and plant management. Assigns work orders or special projects to maintenance employees

Maintains department budget within specified guidelines.

Conducts preoperative inspection and handles maintenance concerns of Production Supervisors to make sure operation begins as scheduled.

Ability to perform general mathematical calculations.

Mechanical inclination and knowledge of job specifications.

Industrial construction experience beneficial.

Previous hourly maintenance and supervisor experience preferred.

Work 40+ hours per week in all areas of the plant.

Considerable knowledge of the methods, materials, tools and practices used in the building, mechanical and electrical trades.

Previous mechanical and related experience required.

Considerable knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.

Tends to other duties as needed. Education Requirements (if applicable):

Technical schooling with mechanical or electrical emphasis helpful.

High School diploma or equivalent required.Working Conditions:
