Is responsible for adhering to all rules, regulations, policies, programs and related Quality Management System including SQF, HACCP and GMP to ensure safety and quality of products. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Degree in Supervision/Management and a Mechanical or Electrical background, or 7-10 years of related experience. Must have a strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems as well as training in preventative plant maintenance systems. Proficient in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and MS Office.
