What You'll Do:
Coordinate the activities of underground maintenance with those of operating departments to minimize unscheduled downtime and ensure access to equipment during planned maintenance work.
Provide day-to-day direction and supervision to direct reports.
Meet corporate and divisional safety, health, productivity, and environment goals through precise goal-setting, careful planning, and consistent review of activities against those plans.
Contribute to the development of short- and long-range plans, with a focus on maximizing the utilization of all underground equipment.
Review and evaluate the performance of all maintenance personnel, providing guidance and counseling to address necessary performance improvements.
Establish accurate work standards, evaluation and appraisal systems, and employee training programs tailored to specific and general needs.
Ensure open two-way communication with direct reports, clarifying expectations, providing performance feedback, keeping employees informed about relevant matters, and listening to concerns.

What You'll Bring:

What you will do
The Operation Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the maintenance requirements of the Power, Utility & Filter plant areas to minimize downtime and maximize production while meeting all safety, environmental, and quality limitations and specifications.
Planning and Execution
Review operator and shift maintenance logs, talk to operators, supervisors, craft people, and managers to coordinate scheduled work between operations and maintenance, to include urgent, routine, minor and major maintenance work

About the Position
