Position Summary
The Maintenance Director is responsible for leading all maintenance and facilities operations within our senior living community. This hands‑on leadership role ensures a safe, well‑maintained, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members while overseeing preventive maintenance programs, regulatory compliance, and a high‑performing maintenance team.
