Manage the preventative maintenance and repair program to ensure building machinery and systems meet or exceed their expected useful life. Prioritize in-bound service requests within the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and identifying capabilities of in-house staff as well as the need for third-party contractors. What You'll Bring: 5+ years of experience within a facility maintenance setting preferred, including an in-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing components, systems and equipment in a commercial facility. Holding a Minnesota First-Class engineer, Grade C boiler license or above is preferred. Comprehension of basic MEP, and carpentry trades.
