CASUAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Custodial) (11am - 4pm) Hourly Rate: $17.50 is a casual maintenance custodial position. Most job responsibilities require little or no previous skills. This position is required to operate basic hand tools and light equipment. This position is also required to work safely and efficiently in accordance with instructions, general operating practices, and procedures. Work is focused on immediate unit with limited awareness of related areas. We are seeking a Commercial Maintenance Supervisor that is responsible for effectively and efficiently performing repairs, managing teams and preventive maintenance throughout the commercial portfolio. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Completes or assigns tenant requested service orders on a timely basis. Evaluate bids with Maintenance Management and determine which vendors will be selected. Achieves high productivity through reliable and punctual attendance and report any tardiness, attendance, and disciplinary issues to the Field Operations Manager.
