Coordinate daily with the General Manager on overall maintenance projects. Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work based on forecasted workloads. Oversee the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes and new move-ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a “punch” list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, and inspecting completed work.
