About the Role
We are seeking a MaintenanceSupervisor with a strong background in automation and excellent leadership skills. This role is responsible for organizing, planning, and directing maintenance activities to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities

Ability to read ladder logic and make programming changes.
Experience with automation equipment such as industrial robots, AGVs, and vision systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
Maintenance Coordination

Collaborate with other department leaders including housekeeping, property management, and guest services to align priorities, support operations, and deliver a seamless guest and homeowner experience.

Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, or other facilities, ideally with multi-site or high-volume operations.

Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in an on-call rotation with the Plant Leadership to provide plant support during non-standard hours. This may include responding to emergency breakdowns, system failures, and other urgent operational needs outside of regular working hours.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education/Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience inmaintenance roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a manufacturing environment, preferably in food or dairy processing.
Proven expertise in mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance, with a focus on dairy processing and production equipment.
In-depth understanding of ultra-filtration (UF) technologies, clean-in-place (CIP) systems, and associated equipment used in dairy operations, particularly in the context of milk filtration, processing, and tank cleaning.
Experience with milk intake and loading operations, including the mechanical systems of milk tanker unloading, receiving, and storage systems.
Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage technician workloads to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage, mentor, and develop a skilled team of maintenance technicians while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of regulatory standards, including SQF, OSHA, environmental compliance, and other industry-specific requirements (such as FDA and HACCP).
Experience with work order scheduling and using CMMS/ERP systems to prioritize, assign, and track maintenance work efficiently to minimize downtime.
Ability to assess plant operations, prioritize maintenance tasks, and implement corrective actions to maintain plant readiness and ensure smooth operation.

Position Description
Reporting to the Plant Manager or Plant Director, the Manager Maintenance II is responsible for providing leadership for the maintenance functions, ensuring proper preventive maintenance of physical plant and all operating equipment, electrical troubleshooting, minimizing equipment downtime to provide maximum production capacity, and compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

Work with production to make modifications to equipment and work areas for maximum efficiency of operation.
Maintain a knowledge base in the capacity of existing utilities and the current level of utilization.
Oversee the maintenance of the equipment and the facility to ensure the company receives maximum utilization of its assets.
Ensure that systems are in place & followed to maintain reliability of the equipment & processes.
Keep written documentation of environmental compliance current.
Periodically prepare reports to satisfy environmental and safety regulations and ensure a safe and professional work environment.
Evaluates and recommends improvements to product manufacturability.
