Description Effectively leads, manages and supervises individuals and groups to ensure the timely, effective and efficient preventative and repair maintenance of combined cycle power facilities and peaking facilities, systems and equipment through sound direction, goal setting, planning and organization and application of best practice management techniques and practices. Essential Functions Directly supervises Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Technicians and Procurement/Inventory Control Technician to assure that the plant is maintained in an environmentally compliant, safe, and efficient manner.
