Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager at Anthony & Sons Bakery. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of our bakery equipment, overseeing preventive maintenance tasks, supervising a team of maintenance staff, and ensuring efficient maintenance management of the facility.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills: ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
Equipment Maintenance: experience managing maintenance of large industrial bakery equipment
Preventive Maintenance: knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and processes for maximizing equipment lifespan and reducing downtime
Maintenance Management: ability to manage maintenance staff, prioritize tasks and oversee maintenance operations efficiently
Maintenance & Repair: ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair bakery equipment
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments to identify maintenance needs and schedule repairs proactively
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field is preferred, equivalent work experience will be considered
At least 5-7 years of experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing or food production environment
