Manage and direct the I&E technician, maintenance technicians, and maintenance coordinator to optimize mechanical repairs, maintain upkeep and minimize costs while meeting quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
Work with the management team to maximize efficiency of production and production rates through sustained up time.
Maintain service records and maintenance records for all equipment, including all records required by insurance and environmental records.
Oversee the scheduling of daily work assignments and work shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage of all areas and tasks.
Take immediate action when breakdown occurs.
Maintain a current inventory for departments parts and request replacements in a timely manner.
Maintain ongoing list of shutdown repair items.
Ensure awareness of environmental and safety requirements.

Monday - Friday: 8am - 4:30pm with additional hours and on-call basis as required as the plant is operational 24 hours a day/7 days a week
Qualifications:
5-10 years of relevant work experience in an industrial setting.

Ability to exert up to 75 lbs of force occasionally and 30 lbs frequently.
