The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our maintenance team in one or more Northwest Oregon or Northern Idaho lumber mills. Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of preventive maintenance technicians, millwrights, electricians and PLC Technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration. While this position will play a significant role in systems and process improvements, projects, and equipment upgrades, the incumbent needs to also work as the front-line supervisor. Documentation and Reporting:

Minimum of five years maintenancesupervisory skills and strong preventative, predictive, and proactive maintenance experience. High School diploma required.
