Seeking a highly qualified Building Maintenance Manager to oversee, coordinate and manage the operation and maintenance of all Refrigeration, Boilers, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire/Life systems in a 27/7 commercial food service kitchen, in addition to managing a fleet of hi-lift trucks for aircraft catering, ramp vans, and other company vehicles.
Essential Functions:
Provide leadership, supervision, and schedule of the Maintenance Team, tasks specific to skills, training in all kitchen facility operations, and encourage ideas, methods, and processes for improvement.
The daily operation is to repair and preventative maintenance (PM) of all MEP&R systems, fleet management, maintenance, and energy consumption and analysis.
Must maintain daily system performance logs with monthly summaries for Upper Management reviews to predict future expenses and post against annual budgets.
Must maintain and perform equipment PM tasks and record updates.
Maintain a complete inventory of all major building systems, manage warranty issues, and keep a listing of available outside resources to complement in-house maintenance efforts.
Conduct periodic inspections of the complete facility condition and infrastructure to ensure building upkeep and operational readiness-document and report deficiencies with recommended remediation.
Create plans, develop, and implement new procedures to improve operations while minimizing costs. Must know requisition tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations.
Ensure a safe work environment by watching and reporting on all safety issues, fire alarm status, and emergency systems.
Coordinate with all department heads to schedule PMs and downtimes, resulting in minimal disruption to operations. Define the scope of work, bid reviews, and manage small capital projects.
Other Responsibilities and duties will include, but not be limited to:
Able to perform cycle time, helpful life analysis on major systems components, repair-vs-replacement recommendations, and appropriate record keeping.
Able to direct other technicians and match available talents with tasks.

About the Role
The Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and supporting the safe, efficient, and visually polished operation of our retail food & beverage stores. Conduct light mechanical troubleshooting and repairs to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.

Complete plumbing repairs such as faucet replacements, accessible drain line repairs, light blockage clearing using handheld tools, and odor source identification.

Store Appearance & Asset Installation
Install and maintain marketing and brand assets, including window clings, menu boards, and signage with precision and attention to detail.

Qualifications

This position requires regular travel throughout the region to support site teams, ensure compliance with financial controls and regulatory requirements, and serve as the primary point of contact for all maintenance personnel.
The salary range for this role is $90,199.00 to $112,748.00 annually dependent on experience. The selected candidate will also adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM.
Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance operations.

Adhere to regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance of all properties with federal, state and local & REAC.
Administer pre-inspection of properties prior to REACs ensuring above average inspection results.
Assess the potential of new property opportunities.
Partner with regional team to recommend action.
Review regulatory compliance of these properties.
Act as member of the due diligence team with other regional members.

The main purpose of this position is to ensure that club and exercise equipment are kept clean and well maintained. The Maintenance Manager on Duty plays a major role in leading the maintenance team and supporting the Maintenance Manager and management team.

* Extensively train all new and existing staff to the Equinox expectation.
* Notify maintenance manager of any and all operational issues.
* Assist maintenance manager in all club related special projects (floor cleaning, high dusting, advanced equipment repair, etc.)
* Inspect and maintain all cleaning equipment used by club employee's (mop pads, buckets, pails, floor scrubbing machines, ladders, dolly's, hand trucks, rags, etc.
* Inspect and repair all club equipment on a daily basis (cardio/strength equipment, cardio theater system, climate control, club's overhead and studio music systems.)
* Full knowledge of all cleaning supplies and recommended chemicals.
* Responsible for inventory, restocking, and replacement of all maintenance supplies (lighting, locker room supplies, laundry supplies, maintenance chemicals, towels, etc.)
* Perform all other projects and responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual should meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications:
* Awareness of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
* Experience with cleaning products.
* Ability to organize work.
