POET bioprocessing facilities operate on a 24-hour continuous schedule. Team member must be available as needed. Ensure team members are trained in all aspects of existing maintenance procedures. Provide trend and root cause failure analysis that affects the plant safety, operation and reliability. Support maintenance team members as well as contractors to ensure tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner. Assist Maintenance Technicians with duties as necessary; this includes, but is not limited to, routine cleaning and testing and working on the floor with Technicians when shutdowns occur. Schedule and complete work orders and projects needed for repair or upgrades. Coordinate facility shutdown planning and execution with the management team. Oversee the application and completion of the facility's preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment and work orders. Maintain the preventative maintenance (PM) and equipment database in the Maximo system. Remove, install, rebuild, weld, torch, lubricate and clean all equipment associated with bioprocessing processes as assigned Create and present reports detailing maintenance activities, state of bioprocessing equipment, shut down planning and cost control.
