This position assumes responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of a community along with the management of the maintenance and facilities team. This position assumes responsibility for the maintenance of a community or communities. Closely Monitors, identifies and communicates problems in every phase of general maintenance of the community, including areas of carpentry, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, mechanic, painting, general hardware, other minor community repairs and cleanliness.
