Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Ensure the ongoing maintenance of technical systems, conducting diagnostics and resolving issues in real-time to avoid show disruptions. Health & Safety: Ensure all technical operations comply with health and safety standards, including rigging, electrical safety, and any other relevant codes. Building Infrastructure: Inspect physical building conditions on a regular basis, and work with your team to prioritize minor repairs where possible. About the Role: As a Maintenance Base Manager, you report directly to the Senior Manager of Maintenance and are responsible for overseeing all activity at the maintenance facility, including maintenance personnel and all maintenance performed on company aircraft.
