A Brief Overview
Under the supervision of the General Manager the Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the functionality of the venue prior, during, and after concerts and events. * High School Diploma or GED required.
* 3-5 years' experience in building maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities for a Maintenance Technician:
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and facility systems.
* Complete basic carpentry, painting, flooring, and custodial tasks as needed.
* Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure all equipment and utility rooms are clean and organized.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventories, work orders, and inspections.
* Respond to and prioritize maintenance requests, communicating with residents and the community manager.
* Perform regular property inspections and seasonal tasks such as snow removal and grounds keeping.
* Support compliance with HUD, OSHA, and LSS safety standards, including participation in inspections.
* Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
* Assist in unit turnover and reconditioning for new residents.
