Westwood Country Club is a 157-acre property with an elegantly appointed clubhouse, an 18-hole golf course, a tennis facility (indoor and outdoor courts), fitness center and a swimming facility.
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Tennis Department. This individual will have the following responsibilities:
· Responsible for inspecting all courts and for opening procedures, maintenance, repair and grooming.
· Responsible for scrubbing, line and debris removal, cleaning, drying and general upkeep of clay courts, rolling and brushing of courts.
· Performs custodial tasks, e.g., empties trash receptacles, empties recycling receptacles, cleans and removes debris.
· Communicate to the pro shop manager and/or the Director of Racquet Sports for any changes in court conditions
· Provide and replenish water on the courts.
· Responsibility of cleaning racquet offices, pro shop, and bubble.
· Responsible for direction and communication with part-time personnel.
· All other duties assigned by General Manager, or Director of Racquet Sports
Requirements:
· Must be able to exert up to 80 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
· Constant adequate range of motion and mobility required
· May be exposed to high, medium, or low noise intensity
· Exposure to fluctuations in temperatures may be required
· Exposure to outdoor conditions is required

Primary Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Manager, your primary responsibilities include:
Leading by example and being a role model for the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and culture of Bozzuto
Dedicating time to hiring, developing and providing on-the-job and classroom education opportunities to techs and community care associates
Showing care and concern for our residents through timely follow up and meticulous completion of their apartment service tickets
Resolving maintenance issues in the area of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
Managing the make-ready and apartment turnover process with attention to detail and timeliness so apartments can be leased and new residents can move in
Preserving the value of the building by consistently executing on preventative maintenance programs
Preserving the beauty of the building and the safety of the community through general upkeep and cleanliness, snow removal and grounds maintenance
Sustaining peak efficiency operation levels for all property components
Adhering to applicable building, county and safety codes/standards, while running an accident-free operation
Ensuring completion of annual building systems inspections required by the jurisdiction
Leading cost-effective capital improvement and special projects
Establishing and managing vendor relationships and projects within budget parameters
Reinforcing monthly staffing schedules, ensuring 24/7 emergency coverage
What You Bring to Us:
An education in the trades and 7+ years of experience in facilities and/or residential building maintenance
3+ years of supervisory experience and a track record of hiring, developing and retaining high performing teams
An HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification
Knowledge of risk management, OSHA and MSDS
Advanced level of skill in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair
Basic carpentry, drywall and painting skills
Exposure to complex mechanical systems such as central plant, split systems, boilers and chillers
A safety mindset and an eye for detail
A builder's mentality (know it like you built it!)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A sharp professional appearance
Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and comfort using various technology platforms, apps and computer programs
Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation
The ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly, climb stairs, use ladders and work in varying weather conditions

We're looking for an experienced and reliable part-time Fleet Repair & Maintenance Specialist to help maintain and service our vehicles in top shape. Conduct Preventive Maintenance Checks & Services (PMCS) on mobile grooming vans

Job Summary:
The Construction Lead Mechanical Superintendent is responsible for activities of the mechanical supervision team relating to construction within the mechanical rotating equipment, centerline and HRSG discipline. In this role, you will manage the organization and direction of project construction activities and oversee the management including supervision of construction craft personnel, cost and schedule. Your leadership will ensure project operations are compliant, safe, timely, within scope and budget.
Major Responsibilities:
* Manages the organization and direction of construction for all above rotating equipment, centerline equipment, HRSG, tanks and vessels.
* Manages all mechanical activities including actions of Bechtel craft, subcontractors, and chemical cleaning activities
* Oversees management including supervision of other mechanical superintendents

Essential Functions:
Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner
Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor and team to prioritize tasks throughout the day
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors
Identify any issues regarding safety, hazardous conditions or maintenance needs in the community and correct them or report them to the maintenance supervisor
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment within the community

Compensation
