Summary: This individual will successfully manage all preventative maintenance and repair activities to effectively support plant operations. This individual will also coordinate and direct the design, planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other-facilities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintenance: The Maintenance Manager's duty includes the maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation of the manufacturing areas, general building and office areas. Manager, Maintenance DC - (25004737) Description GENERAL PURPOSE: Supervise all functions pertaining to the facilities maintenance, inclusive of preventive maintenance programs, repairs to the building, property and all material handling equipment. Control of maintenance labor budget and G & A expense for all budgeted items in the “maintenance” and “utilities” accounts. Perform common area painting. Conduct monthly lighting inspections and replacement of lights where needed. Complete monthly and annual inspections on time. Maintain clean laundry rooms, mailrooms, doors, and light fixtures throughout property, as directed. Ensure policies and procedures as well as safety and compliance expectations are met.
