What you'll be doing:
Troubleshoot sources of equipment problems through observation and use of precision measuring and testing instruments.
Assist other maintenance personnel with emergency and non-emergency repairs.
Troubleshoot and repair Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's) and associated control systems.
Follow blueprints, schematics, operation manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications.
Perform boiler chemical and wastewater pre-treatment system testing, record results in logbooks / computer systems and make necessary chemical adjustments as required.
Perform daily and weekly safety checks on boilers and make necessary repairs as required.
Inspect motor, belts, fluid levels, replace filters and perform other maintenance actions in accordance with maintenance procedures.
Performing basic welding activities to effect repairs on facilities and equipment.
Inspect, clean and lubricate shafts, bearings gears and other equipment parts in accordance with work procedures and technical manual.
Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Two-year technical degree in an appropriate background is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Knowledgeable in industrial maintenance of facilities and equipment.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience repairing industrial processing equipment in a production environment required. Applicable military experience will be considered.
Must pass UniFirst's maintenance knowledge assessment to be eligible for employment.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics is required.
Ability to read and understand maintenance literature printed in English required.
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills is required.
Lockout / Tagout experience is required
Ability to work overtime as needed is required.
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record are required.

The estimated hourly pay for this position ranges from $35.00 to $37.00 per hour. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. A Brief Overview
The Manager Maintenance is responsible for ensuring the functionality of the venue prior, during, and after concerts and events. Supervise and ensure the proper maintenance of the property and grounds. This includes safely directing maintenance staff and developing a highly skilled team of Maintenance Technicians.
Maintain the property's operating budget and secure competitive bids for supplies and services.
Process purchase orders (POs) and invoices to keep costs under control.
Review and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction. Manage the work order process efficiently and maintain records in the computer software.
Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the community, including ensuring compliance with fire and safety codes and overseeing construction projects. Promptly reporting employee injuries is also part of this role.
Troubleshooting and repair various systems, such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, to maintain the property's functionality.
Regularly liaise with the property manager, respond to maintenance emergencies, and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Maintain meticulous records and provide cost-saving initiatives for review.
Implement preventative maintenance plans, being on call for after-hours emergencies, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety laws. This includes conducting regular property inspections and maintaining a safe, drug, and alcohol-free workplace.
Actively mentor and train maintenance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a highly skilled team capable of delivering efficient and effective maintenance services.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED - Preferred
Two years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
A minimum of one year of supervisory experience - Preferred
EPA certification required
CPO - Preferred

The Facilities Operations Manager (FOM) has overall responsibility for all aspects of the data center team. They will create an unwavering attitude and commitment to safety and reliability within the Data Center as they build a team to align with the Scope of Work that is capable of achieving the required KPIs. Determine actionable items to address Quality Control review results
Ensure the team meets the customer standards for CMMS.
Audit all CMMS databases for accuracy and completeness, produce reports as required at customer request, control system access and user credentials.
Manage access requirements to the Data Center(s) ensuring the appropriate access control lists are maintained and reviewed regularly
Assist and plan with clients on all facility-related issues.
Responsible for working with T5 Leadership to identify, document, and implement new policies and procedures as needed.

Approve all facility invoices per the established site process
