Job Summary The Maintenance Manager is responsible for daily supervision, monitoring and coaching of employees to ensure a productive workforce in compliance with company policies. The Maintenance Manager plans, directs, leads, teaches, and assists the maintenance techs and manages activities related to the maintenance of equipment, facilities, and operational support.
