Job Summary The Maintenance Manager is responsible for daily supervision, monitoring and coaching of employees to ensure a productive workforce in compliance with company policies. Duties & Responsibilities * Provides leadership and emphasizes importance of safety and environmental programs by monitoring completion of safety concerns, incident investigation action items, attending required safety and environmental meetings, and supporting EKPI goals. * Serves as member of plant leadership team and is capable of acting as temporary plant manager or operations manager as needed. * Represents plant as Outage Authority and process subject matter expert in support of corporate activities and initiatives * Coordinates the development and use of work scope packages for each activity performed during unit outages including all related pre & post outage activities. * Oversees the development of work order plan packages that include labor, material, equipment, Lockout-Tagout, technical support and Quality Assurance requirements. * Leads the development and implementation of outage resource and performance strategies to effectively and efficiently perform all outage work * Oversees the development of plans, schedules and budgets for all - As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibility is to support the site management by following the preventive maintenance program for the property. You should complete weekly work orders in a timely and efficient manner. On a daily basis, you should walk the property and identify any issues that need correction before they become larger problems. Additionally, you must ensure that all vacant units are ready for occupancy. Your duties include troubleshooting and repairing systems issues like HVAC units, minor electrical problems, and plumbing.
