What You'll Do

Essential Functions

The Maintenance Manager will direct all reliability and maintenance activities to ensure that maximum operational potential is realized for the entire plant operation. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred; focus in Engineering or related technical field highly preferred
Minimum of 3 years' leadership experience within a manufacturing environment required
5+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment required
Extensive knowledge including but not limited to the following areas: Packaging/Mechanical Operations, Electrical maintenance, Instrumentation, Electronics/Controls, and Utility Systems, as well as boiler and ammonia refrigeration

Ensures that all plant and facility equipment and maintenance work order software is maintained in a normal, safe, and running condition.
Interfaces with outside contractors when contracted work is scheduled during assigned shifts and with outside vendors for purchased parts.
Maintains documentary evidence of key events in installation and maintenance activity and provides technical advice in problem-solving.
Communicates company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
