The Facilities Manager Shift Operations has primary responsibility for Physical Plant operations during hours assign. This includes all shift staff and contractors, the site's HVAC and Utility systems and auxiliaries which require continuous monitoring, repair and preventative maintenance serving the academic, student life, athletic and administrative facilities. Working relationships with various personnel levels (bargaining level through management) associated with several hundred different HVAC and building utility systems which vary in importance, complexity and age are an integral part of this position. In addition, will monitor remotely and triage off design conditions campus wide and respond locally when necessary. Day to Day oversight and management of personnel assigned to the shift.
