Job Summary:
The Industrial Maintenance Technician 1 will complete all designated or assigned maintenance or repair of production equipment and building systems of moderate to high degree of complexity, on an independent basis, and will be proficient in at least one building trade or function.
Basic Qualifications:

Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of plant operations and will work closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including 5-axis CNC machines
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Maintain plant facilities, buildings, and grounds
• Support maintenance of company vehicles as needed
• Identify and address safety, reliability, and efficiency concerns
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status
• Work collaboratively across departments to minimize downtime
Required Qualifications
• Strong background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Experience with preventative maintenance on CNC equipment (5-axis experience preferred)
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently
• Valid driver's license required (company vehicle use)
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
• Reliable transportation
