Summary: This individual will successfully manage all preventative maintenance and repair activities to effectively support plant operations. This individual will also coordinate and direct the design, planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other-facilities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Youll live on-site in a private 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, RENT-FREE, while managing a well-established community just 65 miles from San Diego and minutes from Temeculas wine country. About the Role This is a full-time, live-on-site position where youll be responsible for the overall success of the community, both operationally and physically. That includes: Managing day-to-day operations (billing, application processing, utility readings, vendor coordination, etc.) Overseeing move-ins and move-outs with professionalism and efficiency Enforcing payment deadlines and community rules with consistency and fairness Handling minor landscaping and maintenance: mowing, trimming, irrigation, basic repairs, and property inspections Responding quickly to on-site issues (emergency readiness is a must) Maintaining curb appeal and community pride through regular upkeep of green spaces and shared areas Delegating tasks and coordinating with outside vendors when needed About You Were looking for someone whos both people-focused and mechanically inclined, someone who can manage a property and isnt afraid to get their hands dirty when needed.
