RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees process for all maintenance crew activities by working with the Frontline Supervisors to develop and maintain weekly activity schedules for each team that ensures proper coverage and utilization of the techs in the most cost-effective manner.
• Collaborates with Supply Chain and the Supervisors for materials, supplies, and outside services as necessary to complete tasks required of the shifts.
• Drives culture of production Centered Operations by ensuring successful implementation of production plan through planning, communication, and management of facility/area resources including the development and utilization of operational reporting and metrics.
• Maintains proactive, professional, and effective field level customer relationships.
• Establishes and communicates clear expectations for organizational behavior and manages performance of team members through coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback.
• Develops and manages the financial budget for assigned area.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Seven (7) years general maintenance experience required.
• Three (3) years leadership experience.
• Three (3) years oil and gas industry experience required; midstream preferred.
• Relevant craft experience and licensure preferred.
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Travel Required: 25%

As the Aircraft Maintenance Manager, you will manage assigned aircraft maintenance lines using production schedules, labor analysis, and budgetary information.
