The primary purpose of the Maintenance Manger is to oversee the development and implementation of maintenance practices to efficiently maintain the operation of the plant equipment, grounds, building, and production processes. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the facility, including arcade games, go-karts and track functionality. The Maintenance Manager will be professionally responsible for keeping the facility, arcades, and go-karts running as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Accountabilities: Perform diversified duties and repairs to maintain the functionality of the facility, go-karts, and arcade games. Provide unscheduled repairs of attractions as needed when they experience issues. Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of go-karts. Perform daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance checklist to ensure attractions are safe and have oil/grease or proper lubrication. The primary purpose of the Maintenance Manger is to oversee the development and implementation of maintenance practices to efficiently maintain the operation of the plant equipment, grounds, building, and production processes.
