Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
· Evaluates non-emergency work requests, develops scope of work, and inspects job location to determine job requirements.

· Creates a Weekly Technician Schedule that includes priority planned jobs and preventative maintenance tasks that utilize 100% of the available technician labor hours.
· Improves work order planning and scheduling effectiveness through the review process and use of the maintenance metrics.
· Maintains records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance related matters.
· Trains site employees on CMMS and ensures that it is working with integrity and is being utilized.

· Associate Degree required in a technical field with 1-3 years of maintenance scheduling / planning experience and/or 5 - 10 years as a machine repair technician, or equivalent combination of both

What you bring to the table
Ability to provide comprehensive maintenance and engineering support to Envera's plant. Proficient in leading and managing the plant's capital projects, equipment facility repair projects, and providing guidance to production and maintenance teams in resolving equipment, utility, and facility-related issues. Demonstrates a strong collaborative partnership with industrial departments and external contractors. Ability to interact effectively with employees and management at all levels.
A few responsibilities you will have as the Maintenance and Engineering Manager
* Coordinate and schedule, either directly or through team, all preventive maintenance activities with maintenance personnel and fermentation and blending departments.
* Analyze maintenance technician reports and CMMS data to prevent repetition of equipment or system failures.
* Aurthur Maintenance Department SOP's, PM's, Safety Programs, and other related documents and subsequently train team.
* Develop and track equipment and maintenance reliability KPIs.
* Function as Subject Matter Expert for overall equipment design, functionality, preventive maintenance requirements, and spare parts.
* Lead energy efficiency efforts for the facility.
* Oversee plant maintenance budget and track maintenance related expenses.
* Manage complex LOTO and MOC efforts to ensure zero injuries.
* Ensure P&IDs are reviewed and updated as needed.
* Ensure all maintenance and engineering are carried out in accordance with established safety protocols and cGMPs.
To succeed you must have
* Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology and 5+ years' experience in maintenance and engineering preferably, in a food grade environment a plus
* Advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
* Experience with CMMS management
* Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factors.

**Position Description**
The Facilities Manager will perform facilities project management, including repair/maintenance review, contractor solicitation and bid review, plan review for errors and omissions, construction/repair coordination, and warranty inspections. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains Elwyn facilities
Maintains and performs preventative maintenance (PM) in accordance with established PM schedules
Communicates with supervisors and staff via phone and emails daily related to facilities maintenance issues
Prioritizes work orders as they are received
Oversees and assists in training new hires in the department
Provide supervision of assigned staff in the areas including, but not limited to, recruitment, selection, leadership, coaching, training, performance management, promotion, discipline, and termination

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Seven (7) years' experience as a technician in the building service industry
Three (3) years' experience providing supervision
Experience working in the building trades preferred
Previous experience working within and managing a unionized workforce preferred
Non-profit human service experience highly preferred
Ability to install/repair locks and panic bars and associated hardware
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Qualifications:

High school or technical school diploma required. Technical college degree desired or equivalent work experience.

Keep and maintain the exterior of buildings, grounds, and fields in coordination with school programming.
Responsibilities:
Cuts grass, aerates, mulches, hedges/trims on a regular basis to maintain the landscaping on school grounds.
Applies fertilizer, pesticides, herbicide, soil amendment treatments under supervision of certified employee
Drags fields, stripes lines, and does anything necessary in maintaining athletic fields and track at all locations as needed every day to prepare the fields for practice and game usage.
Makes sure the sites are safe from hazards such as branches, uneven sidewalks, debris, and lighting outages and performs the necessary work to correct issues.
Makes sure outdoor equipment is inspected and maintained including playground structures, railings, and work equipment.
