Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, manuals, and equipment documentation. Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance through the NET Facilities system (monthly, weekly, quarterly, annual PMs). Collaborate with a team of maintenance techs and a maintenance manager to ensure efficient operations and minimized downtime. Experience & Skills Required Technical Skills Strong electrical troubleshooting capabilities with experience diagnosing complex issues. Completes and maintains all company-required performance and maintenance paperwork, records, documents, etc. Answer work-related calls outside of work on a Company-provided cell phone within a reasonable amount of time. At times, be ‘on-call' to handle over-the-phone or in-person service calls within a limited timeframe. Operates aerial work platforms and material handling equipment in a safe manner and drive personal vehicle for work as needed. Travel to CQC facilities, training, and/or parts store. Perform all tasks assigned by the supervisor, while following all company, safety, and quality policies and procedures. Maintain regular attendance at work, and work overtime as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Two-year maintenance-related degree with 3 years related experience, or High School Diploma with 5 years of related experience/training Must include 1 year of Siemens PLC and HMI programming experience. Advanced knowledge of how to operate a PC Demonstrated advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills Ability to perform math at an advanced level Must have good driving record and valid driver's license.
