What you will be Doing
* Successful candidate will direct all engineering efforts to ensure plant quality, efficiency, safety, and financial goals are met or exceeded as directed by the Plant Manager.
* Identifying and informing plant management of issues to be followed up on, and repairs that pose a potential threat to product safety or breakage/damage that could cause a food safety risk
* Analyze and make recommendations for the purchase, installation, and subsequent operation of equipment that will advance projects.
* Maintenance of the plant CMMS program.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
* Must have at least 3+ years of maintenance management experience in food manufacturing preferred
* Experience with Autocad, Capex, installation, managing people and the ability to get on the floor and do maintenance repairs.
