Occasional on call projects to include clearing drains that may have issues during restaurant business hours and troubleshooting problematic equipment during business hours. Planned projects to include replacing bulbs, light electrical work, repairing chairs/tables/patios, removing debris/equipment, patching concrete, assembly of shelving/equipment, and power washing floors/patios. Must be able to climb ladders to access equipment and areas of ceilings and roofs.
