Summary:
The Senior Maintenance Manager is a senior level maintenance manager servicing all branch equipment and facilities for one or more locations with substantially high sales volume and complex operations. About the role

Position Requirements & Qualifications:

Must have knowledge of maintenance budgeting and methodologies

Restaurant Facility Maintenance
Maintenance supervisor job in Sarasota, FL
As an important member of our Facilities Maintenance Crew, youll be responsible for a variety of interior and exterior functions. * Clean & Organize Kitchen & Restaurant (includes cleaning tables for customers, stocking beverages and sliced meats, keeping all items off the floor, cleaning and clearing prep dishes, creating a spacious work area for team members etc.)
* Clean & Organize Storage (coordinating with management to transport needed product for the restaurant, organizing stock, having all items grouped properly, FIFO, sweeping, mopping, keeping items off the floor).
* Receive shipments and maintain escort privileges (Aramark, Sysco, produce and other vendors).
* Transport trash, cardboard and other waste (minimum 2x per day).
* General equipment knowledge & light maintenance (with guidance) of golf carts, machinery, ovens, reach-in coolers, walk-in coolers. Ability to identify issues quickly and inform management to get service technicians scheduled ASAP.
* Training will be provided to become familiar with related equipment to ensure safety and proper operation during use.
* Other similar duties as assigned.
This restaurant is located inside the SRQ Sarasota Airport, past the Security Checkpoint. Employment at the SRQ Sarasota Airport is therefore contingent upon passing a clear 10-year Criminal History Records Check.
