Ability to understand procedures and instructions specific to the area of assignment as would be acquired in four years of high school, with a preference for an Associate degree in power plant technology or a similar technology or engineering degree; experience may be considered in lieu of education on a year-for-year basis. The Exhibit Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of OGX Productions' immersive and interactive experiences. This non-union role requires a strong background in technical theater, AV systems, automation, lighting, sound, and other show technologies. The manager will lead a technical team, collaborating closely with creative, design, and production departments to ensure the seamless execution of shows. This is a hands-on position that involves both management and direct involvement with the technical setup, operation, and troubleshooting of shows. Responsibilities: Technical Oversight: Manage all show technical services, including AV systems, lighting, sound, special effects, rigging, automation, and projection for OGX experiences. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, designers, and production staff to understand the technical needs of each show and provide innovative solutions.
