Education/Experience

The Essential Functions of this position include:
Operates snow plow and salt truck to remove ice and snow from roads and assigned areas, which require early morning starts and extended hours which includes sanding/salting road and walkways.

Operates a variety of tools, machinery and equipment and a variety of power and hand tools used in ground maintenance such as shovel, rakes, ax, brooms, and forks, leaf blowers and other tools.

Notifies the Director of Property Services of any safety or other issues that may require immediate corrective response.
