Job Summary
The Maintenance Planner will be a key member of the Seattle team, reporting directly to the General Manager and supporting the Plant and Distribution Managers. This position is responsible for planning major steam plant and steam distribution system maintenance activities, ensuring the work is completed safely and efficiently. The Maintenance Planner will ensure adequate tools, equipment, materials, safety supplies and spare parts are available to support maintenance activities in support of 24/7 operations.

Core Responsibilities
Support the maintenance and repair of infrastructure systems, such as water supply, natural gas, electrical, steam and condensate.
Plan and schedule maintenance utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) including planned, preventative, and corrective maintenance, safety audits, inventory control, small tool control, parts costs, asset management, maintenance KPI reporting, and work order assignment.
Work order planning to include create work order requests, manage and schedule work orders, assign work orders, monitor progress of work orders, generate reports, provide notification and direction for progress of work orders, provide clerical data input to work orders, close work orders.
Administer the CMMS and electronic log software.
Support the management of outside vendors and contractors.

Summary:
The Maintenance Manager III is a senior level maintenance manager servicing all branch equipment and facilities at a location with high sales volume and difficult to complex operations. This position is responsible for overseeing maintenance staff, ensuring that all utility systems and equipment are fully operational and inspected in accordance with preventative maintenance schedules, and performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by Management. This is an exempt position and typically reports to the Director Operations, depending on local requirements.
Essential Functions:
* Supervises the day-to- day activities of the maintenance department
* Assigns work responsibilities, prepares schedules, and ensures that all shifts are covered
* Ensures all equipment (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and appliances) is in safe working order
* Develops preventative maintenance programs; ensures all preventative maintenance programs are utilized
* Coordinates the repair and installation of equipment in accordance with local/state codes and standards
* Serves as a general contractor for all new construction or renovation at the location
* Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues
* Adheres to all OSHA regulations
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:
* Requires 2 years of formal post-high school education in building trades, as well as Electrical,
Plumbing, HVAC and Small Appliance Repair certification
* Requires a minimum of 5 years of maintenance management experience in high volume and/or multi-unit operations or other related management experience; maintenance experience in Food and Beverage or Merchandise operations preferred
* Requires OSHA-10 Certification for Construction and General Industries
* Requires a strong knowledge of HVAC and building infrastructures; experience with restaurant
equipment and/or refrigeration preferred
* Requires a valid State Driver's License, clean driving record and the ability to pass HMSHost MVR

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and reliable Maintenance Manager on Duty to join the Equinox team! This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.
The main purpose of this position is to ensure that club and exercise equipment are kept clean and well maintained. The Maintenance Manager on Duty plays a major role in leading the maintenance team and supporting the Maintenance Manager and management team.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Extensively train all new and existing staff to the Equinox expectation.
* Notify maintenance manager of any and all operational issues.
* Assist maintenance manager in all club related special projects (floor cleaning, high dusting, advanced equipment repair, etc.)
* Inspect and maintain all cleaning equipment used by club employee's (mop pads, buckets, pails, floor scrubbing machines, ladders, dolly's, hand trucks, rags, etc.
* Inspect and repair all club equipment on a daily basis (cardio/strength equipment, cardio theater system, climate control, club's overhead and studio music systems.)
* Full knowledge of all cleaning supplies and recommended chemicals.
* Responsible for inventory, restocking, and replacement of all maintenance supplies (lighting, locker room supplies, laundry supplies, maintenance chemicals, towels, etc.)
* Perform all other projects and responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual should meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications:
* Awareness of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
* Experience with cleaning products.
* Ability to organize work.
* Ability to service athletic equipment (when applicable).
* Ability to work with hand tools and cleaning equipment.
* Ability to work as a team
* Excellent communication skills with Maintenance Manager.
* Excellent customer service skills.
