Reviews safety data sheets (SDS) as requested for potential exposure to hazardous chemicals used and take necessary precautions.
Assess property damage and file property damage claims in accordance with company policy.
Responds appropriately to resident or community emergencies by assisting as needed.

**Job Description**
Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Maintain, repair, calibrate and perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing and quality assurance automated systems. Examples are the following types of equipment: mechanical, electro-mechanical, machine motion control systems, electronic, micro-electronics, optical, magnetic, nuclear measurement, radiography, and ultrasonic, etc.
+ Must be able to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and ladder logic. Must be able to read and understand vendor maintenance manuals for proper calibration and maintenance methods.
+ Must be skilled in troubleshooting computer hardware, software and interface peripherals. Must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of processes associated with mechanical, electronic and microprocessor based programmable controllers. Must keep abreast of state-of-the-art process control by self-study, in-plant training or vendor schooling as required.
+ Utilize state-of-the-art test equipment and diagnostic software programs to troubleshoot and correct both hardware and software related problems. Must have an understanding of software programming and be able to modify and document software changes. Must be able to use a variety of test equipment such as Simpson meter, amp probe, oscilloscope, signal generators, programmable power supplies and multimeters.
+ Provide training and diagnostic assistance for other personnel in work group as needed.
+ Install new or modified equipment or systems and make modifications to existing systems including updating documentation.
+ Must be able to generate equipment information, preventative maintenance and calibration procedures for an auditable documentation system.

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Technical school associate degree in electronics, instrumentation, or micro-electronic solid-state technology; or equivalent military, industrial, or college training with five years of experience in maintenance or fabrication of related industrial equipment. Responsibilities

Controls

Requirements

BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Also provides daily oversight of all functional and operational activities of aircraft and assists the Site Manager with daily operations to meet contract requirements. Ensure Contractor Maintenance Support (CMS) services meet or exceed contract performance requirements. ViaPath is currently seeking a Tablet Repair Supervisor to join our growing team. The Tablet Repair Supervisor will be based at the customer site and will be responsible for supervising a team of currently incarcerated individuals within the NC Deptartment of Corrections. Responsibilities
Supervise a team of incarcerated individuals responsible for repairing tablets in the production shop located on customer site.
Provide on-the-job training to team members in the manufacturing, processing, and/or shipping of products.
Ensure that the team members register and fulfill the training according to work processes as defined by United States Department of Labor (USDOL) Apprenticeship Program.
Perform and supervise the set up and maintenance of equipment.
Provide all applicable safety training to team members for assigned areas of supervision.
Repair, re-qualification, and refurbishment of ViaPath Android tablet computers including testing, component replacement and configuration.
Materials coordination to include handling and unpacking / packing of inbound and outbound tablet computers.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial setting (e.g., production, repair warehouse/logistics facility, etc.) or experience working in a technical setting within a corrections environment required, to include a minimum of 2 years of related technical experience (e.g., technical repair, tablet support, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years of management and/or leadership experience required
Proficient in Windows OS and MS Office Suite

Job Description
What does this role entail? The MaintenanceSupervisor oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality by performing maintenance related tasks.
Essential Roles You Will Play:
Employee champion. Manages maintenance team and assists in employee evaluations. Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires. Oversees all aspects of the “Make Ready” process from beginning to end in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
Assists with and completes work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as routine upkeep on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
Periodically inspects work performed by other service team members in person to assess effectiveness of policies and procedures and develop corrective action plans as needed. Periodically inspects work performed by contractors, vendors and other service providers to verify the work. Ensures materials and services meet quality standards, scope and specifications as required. Maintains adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials and works with Community Manager to order supplies and tools as needed to stay within budgetary guidelines. Assists Community Manager in developing the budget for maintenance and capital expenses. Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible, not being wasteful with materials and supplies, and practicing the correct use for tools and equipment.
Keep informed of changes in technology and industry standards.
Completes monthly Preventative Maintenance procedures as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual.
Demonstrates customer service skills by all interactions with Employees, Residents, Clients, and Vendors.
Responsible for safety, cleanliness, and general appearance and appeal of property, and reporting any mechanical and electrical equipment malfunctions as well as employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents. Ensures property maintenance team complies with Company's standards regarding service requests. Conducts regularly scheduled RangeWater safety meetings, documentation required is up to date, inspections as needed and other safety related laws and requirements to ensure property compliance. Completes monthly Preventative Maintenance procedures as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual.
