The HVAC Building Maintenance Worker III performs skilled work on HVAC systems, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs. This position operates with more independence and technical responsibility than Level II, and includes responsibilities in boiler maintenance and hydronic system treatment.
