The technician will be responsible for performing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Under direct supervision of the General Manager, provides and performs a variety of routine and semi-skilled tasks involving general maintenance of Golf Course facilities, equipment, and grounds. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily including the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in temperature extremes for extended periods of time; establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees; deal courteously with customers, vendors and the public; read and interpret blueprints, and other work diagrams in conjunction with skilled tradesman as needed; and assist skilled maintenance technician/worker with remodeling projects. The individual must also have any combination of training, education, and experience equivalent to good (1 - 3 years) construction or facility maintenance trades experience. Special Requirements.
