This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems essential to the continuous operation of our facility. The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on die casting, CNC, and support equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues with production machinery.
Repair and maintain equipment such as die casting machines, trim presses, CNCs, conveyors, and cooling systems.
Install new equipment and modify existing systems as required to meet production needs.
Maintain proper documentation of maintenance work, including service logs and parts usage.

Familiarity with CNC and PLC systems is a plus.
Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Welding and basic fabrication skills preferred.

Duties:

Follow cleaning procedures to ensure adequate cleaning of the manufacturing areas.
Setup high speed equipment, within tolerances, to ensure product runs are started on time in established guidelines.
Comply with all safety policies and procedures at all times.
Use PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) as required.
Maintain work area in an organized, clean manner in compliance with cGMP requirements.
Express ideas clearly (verbal and written) and work from verbal and written instructions, manuals, and work orders.

QUALIFICATIONS
